لان مريض العناية المركزة يحتاج للملاحظة الجيدة و التشخيص الجيد و متابعه المعلومات الكاملة المطلوبة لوضع خطة علاجية مناسبة لهؤلاء المرضى

ولان مريض العناية المركزة يختلف عن باقى المرضى باقسام المستشفى المختلفة فهو يتابع بالتوالى بواسطة فريق عمل العناية الذى يعمل بنظام النوبتجيات التى يمكن ان تختلف فى نظامها باختلاف الاماكن و لكن تتفق فى وجود اهمية نظام قوى لتسليم و تسلم هذه المعلومات و الخطط العلاجية الخاصة بمرضى العناية المركزة لضمان استمرار الخطة العلاجية لكل مريض على النحو الذى يحقق مصلحة المريض

هذا التطبيق تم وضعه لتسهيل عملية التلسيم و التسلم الخاصة بالمعلومات الطبية الخاصة بمرضى العناية المركزة على مختلف الاماكن حول العالم

فى هذا التطبيق سيتم اضافه مجموعات او فرق العمل التى تتكون من اطباء و تمريض و صيدلة اكلينكية الخاصة بكل وحده عناية على النحو الذى سيشكل تدوال للمعلومات الطبية الخاصة بمرضى كل وحدة عناية على حدى بين افراد طقمها الطبى

كل وحده عناية مركزة سوف يكون لها مشرف وهو اول شخص يطلب اضافة و تفعيل وحده العناية الخاصة به على هذا التطبيق

سيكون مشرف العناية المركزة هو الشخص الوحيد المسؤل عن اضافه او حذف افراد الطاقم الطبي الخاص بوحده العناية المركزة خاصته دون مسؤليه من طاقم ادارة التطبيق

تداول المعلومات الطبية الخاصة بكل مريض فى وحده العناية المركزة هى مسؤلية كاملة لطاقمها دون مسؤلية احد من طاقم ادارة التطبيق

نذكر مستخدمى التطبيق بان المعلومات المتداولة بين افراد الطقم الطبي لكل وحدة عناية مركزة قد تحتوى على معلومات سرية خاصة بالمرضى تقتضي اخلاقيات المهنة الطبية الحفاظ عليها و سرية هذه المعلومات مسؤلية الطاقم الطبي الخاص بكل وحده عناية مركزة دون مسؤلية من ادارة التطبيق

زياده في سرية المعلومات المتداولة ينصح و يوصى باستخدام بعض الاكواد او الاختصارات المتفق عليها بين كل فريق عمل بكل وحده عناية مركزة على حدى ينصح باستخدامها مثلا فى المعلومات الشخصية عن المرضى كالاسماء مثلا

الاضافات الخاصة فى المعلومات  عن كل مريض تتم على مسؤلية الفرد الذي اضافها دون مسؤلية من طاقم عمل التطبيق

التطبيق يختلف عن برمجيات ادارة المستشفيات فهو تطبيق شخصى غير رسمى للتعامل مع معلومات عن الحالة الطبية او الخطط العلاجية و لا يمكن الاستغناء به عن ملفات المرضى  بالمستشفيات

التطبيق يعتبر بديل عن اى ورقه خارجية يتم فيها تسليم و تلسم و تداول المعلومات الطبية عن المرضى بين النوبتجيات بحيث يصبح الامر سهلا

قد يحتاج التطبيق للوصول لبعض الملفات الشخصية على جهازك المحمول او الكمبيوتر الخاص بك او يحتاج لاستخدام بعض الاجزاء الصلبة بجهازك و الموافقة على تثبيت التطبيق على جهازك هي مسؤليتك الشخصية و لا يتحمل الطاقم الخاص بادارة التطبيق اي ضرر قد يحدث نتيجة تثبيت التطبيق

خطط لهذا البرنامج ليكون له تحديثات كثيرة في المستقبل بعض هذه التحديثات سيتم تثبيتها بعد الحاجة موافقة المستخدم و البعض قد لا يحتاج

فى حالة حذف التطبيق من جهازك بطريقة او باخرى  فادارة التطبيق غير مسؤلة عن اى فقد كانت على التطبيق قبل هذا الحذف

سيتم استخدام التطبيق بشكل مجاني في الايام او الاشهر الاولى و استمرارا للخدمة فيما بعد سيتم تحويل التطبيق لتطبيق مسبق الدفع فيما بعد ولا يوجد اطار زمنى لذلك التحويل و القرار فقط بيد ادارة التطبيق وفي ذلك الحين سيتم حجب المعلومات المخزنة عليه لحين دفع تلك الرسوم

عند تحول التطبيق لتطبيق مسبق الدفع لا يمكن استعاده المبلغ الذي سيتم باى وسيلة سيتم تحديدها لاحقا

سيسمح بوجود بعض الاعلانات الخاصة و المحدودة داخل التطبيق و سنحاول جاهدين الا تكون تلك المعلومات مزعجه بالشكل الذي يؤثر على كفائة استخدام التطبيق

سيسمح التطبيق بارسال مقتراحتكم للمساعده على تحديث التطبيق و سد اوجه القصور فيما بعد و سيتلقى فريق ادارة التطبيق تلك المقترحات بصدر رحب بوعد على دراستها فيما بعد و الاتفاده منها

سيتم استقبال طلبات الاضافة لوحدات العناية المختلفة من مشرف كل وحده عناية وسيتم الرد على تلك الطلبات و تفعيلها من موعد اقصاه ٤٨ ساعه من الطلب 

مشرف وحده العناية المركزة سيكون هو المسؤل عن ادارة وحدة على ذلك التطبيق باضافة اعضاء جدد او حذف اعضاء و التواصل مع ادارة التطبيق عبر البريد الاكترونى او ارقام الواتس اب التى ستتم اضافتها

سيحتوى التطبيق على مكان للدرشة بين افراد الاطقم الطبية الخاصة بكل وحدة عناية مركزة التى يمكن الاستفاده منها فى مناقشة حالات المرضى بوحده العناية المركزة او توجيه نصائح او توصيات عامة و خلافة و ان ادارة التطبيق غير مسؤلة نهائي عن اى خروج بالالفاظ او القواعد العامة و المجتمعيه و قواعد الاخلاق العامة وان اى تجاوز او اى مسؤلية قانونية تكون مسؤلية الفرد المتجاوز
